So today I am embarking on Jillian Michaels, 30 Day Shred workout plan. My reason for doing so is not so much weight loss but more toning.
This plan sounds just too good to be true! Just 20 minutes a day of interval training for 30 days. Easy enough to squeeze into the busiest of schedules as well as having one of the toughest trainers in your very own living room.
Well after day one of level one I have already renamed the sweat busting work out, 30 Days of Dread!! Enough said.
